SIGNIFICANCE & BENEFITS OF SHANK (CONCH SHELL) BLOWING

Shank comes from the two Sanskrit words "Shum" which means something good and "Kham" meaning water. Hence the meaning of Shankam is conch holding the sacred water. It is also said word Shankara was been derived from Sankha-kara which means conch-blower (shankha means conch and  Kara means  blower).

1.   When the conch is blown with controlled breath, the primordial sound of "Om" emanates from it. This eternal sound is the origin of all Vedas. All knowledge enshrined in the Vedas is an elaboration of the omnipresent sublime sound of Om. It was this sound that was chanted by the Lord before manifesting the cosmos. It represents the creation and the Truth behind it.

2.   The blowing of a conch shell enhances the positive psychological vibrations such as courage, determination, hope, optimism, willpower  and bliss can be felt by  all people assembled and also by the blower.

3. As soon as the Shank is blown the frequencies of divine energy (Shakti) are emitted into atmosphere due to sound generated.

These energy frequencies are seen in red colour. Along with these energy frequencies yellow circles of chaitanya are also projected in the atmosphere. You can also see the pink particles of Bliss being emitted in the atmosphere. This increases the proportion of shakti (energy), chaitan- ya and anand in the environment and that is why the negative energies get distressed and run away. HOW TO DO PUJAS IN THE HOUSE?

How to arrange your Puja Rooms and conduct Puja in your house?

Provide separate room or separate place to conduct puja and prayers, where your guests or visitors do not trespass or may not have an easy access. This is to ensure the sanctity of the Puja room or place.

The Pictures of the God and the Goddess should be placed in the top-most layer. The pictures of Navagrahas & the Guru/Acharya/Yogi's should not be placed alongside the pictures of the God and the Goddess.

. The Pictures of the Navagrahas (if any) should be placed below the pictures of the Gods.

You must clean the Puja room and utensils used for Puja atleast once in a day.

The pictures of dead ancestors must not be kept in the Puja room. The Pictures of the dead ancestors should not be fixed above the height of the Pictures of the God or the Goddess in any place within your house. The Pictures of the dead ancestors should not be placed prominently in a place overlooking the main entrance of the house. 

Never use any utensils that are used for common cooking purpose to prepare any dish to offer to the God. Similarly use separate utensils and Puja accesories for conducting Pujas.

Do not do Puja, when someone is sleeping in another room of the house.

Do Puja only when everyone in your family has finished their bathing. Never allow anyone to take head bath after the completion of Puja on that day. Never wash your house with water after the completion of Puja.

Remove all the flowers that are dried up. Allowing the dried flowers to remain hanging up for more days is not considered good. Do not throw the dried flowers in the pathway; trash it carefully into the dustbin @ the dried flowers should not be trampled upon.

You can offer any flower to the God. You can also offer any leaves, if you are not able to get any flowers.

You can offer any fruits or cooked food to the God. You should not offer any food or fruits that had already been tasted. If you don't have access to any fruits or any cooked food, simply offer the drinking water.

The Person must be bodily clean, when he/she prepares the food for the God @ the food should not be offered to the God, if a unclean person prepares it.

Do not offer any Non-Vegetarian foods to the God, as this will bring more curse.

You can place the Pictures of the God overlooking West and South direction @ you must face either East or North direction, while praying to the God.

Anyone who faces the West and/or the South directions while praying may not get the desired results.

You must light up lamps either with Ghee or Gingelly oil. Never use anyother oil or mixed up oil.

The Lamp should be placed either facing the North or West or East direction only. Never light up the lamp, while it is facing the South direction.

The Lamps lit with ghee or gingelly oil should not be put out immediately after the completion of Pujas. The Lamps should be allowed to be lit, till the complete burning out of incense sticks (agarbathi) or benzoine (samprani).

You must put out the lamps either by pulling the thread back into the oil or by using the flowers. You should not put out the lamp by blowing air out of your mouth.

Never interrupt your Puja in the middle, whatever be the reason. The Level of concentration is very important in your Puja.

It is better to do Puja in the empty stomach; you will lack concentration on the Puja, if you had eaten too much.

Empty the water (that you had offered to the God on the previous day) into any plants that you grow in the house or empty into your well (if you possess it) or simply mix it in the water that is to be used for your bathing.

Goddess Mahalakshmi is present in the lower tip of the betel leaf

Goddess Saraswati is present in the middle part.

Jyeshta Lakshmi is present at the portion that connects the betel leaf to the stem.

Bhudevi or Mother Earth is present on the right side.

Sri Hari Vishnu resides inside the betel leaf.

Kamdev – the god of love – resides on the outer portion of the leaf. Betel leaves that have holes, that are dried and those that are torn from the middle are not used for pujas. In South India, Dakshina to priests and elders are given by keeping betel nut and a coin in the betel leaf.

All-most all puja talis contain betel leaves and betel nuts. In some places people also use betel leaves to adorn the mouth of the Kalash pot.

During worship or rituals, leaves from some select trees are used as essential accessories, but among them all the Betel Leaf enjoys a place of pride in India. In Hindu weddings, a betel leaf is tucked into the headgear of the bride and the groom.

The use of betel leaf is considered as a noble trait and on all auspicious celebrations, betel leaf has become a symbolic item denoting freshness and prosperity

The Skanda Purana says that the Betel Leaf was obtained during the ocean- churning by the Gods. The use of Betel Leaf in India is mentioned in the great epics, The Ramayana and the Mahabharatha as well as in Buddhist and Jain literatures

Paan has rich herbal properties. It is invigorating and energizing, a killer of germs and bacteria and an eliminator of cold. Before eating a paan, the stalk has to be cut, the edges have to be trimmed and the veins have to be scrapped because they may damage the brain.

Health reasons

According to Sushrata, the greatest of ancient Indian medicine men and the world’s first-ever surgeon, the betel leaf preparation keeps the mouth clean, strengthens the voice, tongue and teeth and guards against diseases. It is also said to aid in digestion (saliva produced due to the chewing of the betel leaf helps in the digestion process of our body). The alkaline in the saliva helps in reducing the spread of cancer. Science has proved that cancer cells die when kept in an alkaline solution.

The betel leaf contains a little bit of betel-oil (it is a volatile oil). It generates the spice and the taste that you feel when you chew the betel leaf. In ancient literature, this has been documented. It destroys foul odor too.

By itself, the betel leaf is a powerhouse of vitamin A and C. Further, it also contains plenty of calcium, which reduces or even prevents osteoporosis.

The other ingredients used along with betel leaf are very useful too. Fennel and betel nut help speed up digestion. Nutmeg dries up the mucous. Kattha also helps in drying up the mucous. The betel leaf is also a great blood thinner. And cardamom and cloves help in reducing gas and acidity. Kattha and betel present in paan help all those suffering from cold and cough by controlling mucous production.

There are whitish and blackish betel leaves. The black variety is said to be constipative and the white one eliminates cold and is a   digestive

When a lizard falls on your head

Lizards have long been looked at with suspicion. They are creepy and crawly, I agree, but what else do you expect from a reptile?

According to the Tirumal Tirupati Devastaana Panchaangam, a lizard's fall is an oemen that portends something bad for a particular relative. Let's find out what the fuss is all about...

If the lizard falls on the back part of one's head, it spells misfortune for one's maternal uncle.

If the lizard falls on the right part of the head, it is harmful to one's brother.

If the lizard falls on the centre part of one's head, it brings illness to the person on whom the lizard has fallen.

Now, comes the scary part: if it falls on the tip of the back of the head, where the parting of one's hair ends, a place known as the Brahmarandhra, it means nothing short of Death itself! But if I were you, I would take this with apinch of salt, because, who is checking where exactly a lizard fell, when all one can do in such a situation is scream with fear!

However, if the lizard were to fall on the back side of the Brahmarandhra spot, it actually means good fortune awaits you. Wow!

If the lizard were to fall on the the hair only, it spells a phase of difficulties.

Guess what! In Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, at the Sri Varadaraja Swamy temple, there're images of golden and silver lizards. It is believed that if a person touches these images with dedication, whatever malefic effect a lizard may have caused them, would be nullified.

Beyond the head

There's more: If the lizard falls on the right side of a male, then it is considered auspicious; if it falls on the left hand side on a male, it is considered a bad omen. For women, it is just the opposite: If a lizard falls on the right side of a woman, then it is regarded as a bad omen; and if it falls on the left side, then it would bring good luck.

WHAT TREES, PLANTS SHOULD BE PLANTED IN THE HOUSE PREMISES AS PER VASTU

Plants play an important role in deciding the Vastu of a place affecting the same indirectly. It has been stated, observed and verified that a number of plants, if planted properly as per ancient rules, creates favourable effects and reduces the Vaastu defects. On the contrary, presences of a few plants at a place produce adverse effects upon the residents. Vaastu-affecting few plants are being discussed below:-

• Presence of plants in a residential as well as in a commercial unit is always favourable.

• Huge and dense plants should never be planted in North or East. Presence of such plants towards south or west is good.

• Garden should never be towards south-east or south-west. It creates undue tensions or problems.

• If a plant is just in front of the main gate, it creates "Dwarbedh". It should be shifted or removed according to the rules mentioned in the scriptures (Some rules have been given in this article also).

• No plant should be planted exactly in front of the house touching the median axis.

• There should not be any of the "Palas", "Kanchana" Sleshmantaka", "Arjun" and "Karanji" plants within the limits of a house. If any of them are already present they should be removed according to the method shown in our religious scriptures.

• Any kind of thorny succulent plants and exhibited as showy plants anywhere in the house bring tension and fraction in relations.

• "Ber" the ziziphus plant should be nourished uto a certain limit. It increases enmity.

• Latex bearing plants like "Madar" are not good within the limits of house, but if they are adjacent to the boundary in any direction outside, be sure to obtain favourable results.

• A Basil plant within the house limits is very positive. 

• People related to educational fields should plant and nourish "Amalaka", "Pakar", "Paras Peepal" and "Udumbara" plants in proper directions.

• Businessman should plant 'Sirish', 'Neem' and 'Bilva' towards north within the limits.

• 'Kshatriyas' should grow the plants of 'Sabja', 'Sudarshan', Madhuka, Panas and Eucalyptus' within the house limits.

• People other than Brahmins, Vaishyas and Kshatriyas should plant Amaltas, Moulshri and Palm trees.

• 'Bilva' plant, if planted in west direction, provides prosperity to the owner.

• 'Bamboo' (Bansa) should not be grown within the house limits of the house or factory.

• 'Madhuka' plant, if planted in West, provides progress. The same result is obtained when 'Udumbara' or 'Panas' is planted in the South direction.

• Denser and woody plants, except the few specified above, should be planted mostly in the North, within the boundary.

• Any kind of climber rising form bottom to top is favorable. For example, upward movement of money plants is good.

• 'Kanakchampa' in the North brings virtue and wealth.

• 'Peepal' should not be present towards the East and 'Banyan' tree not towards the West within limits. The vice versa condition is favourable. But one should avoid growing these within the boundary of the house. If they grow naturally in the limits of a residential area, they should be shifted and re-planted to any suitable open place. However within the limits of a factory, they should be nourished well when they grow in favourable direction.

• Coconut' plant is favourable when planted in favourable direction.

• 'Banana' plant is too favourable within the house limits.

Removal of a plant at a place should only be done according to the rules described in our ancient literatures, for example there is a simple rule according to which, to remove a plant 10 new plants should be planted before and then the step of removal should be undertaken and all those which are planted instead of, should also be protected till they begin to grow independently.

Toranam-Door Decorative

Toranam:

Decorating the main door of the houses, temples or any other place, where some ritual is performed, with a Toranam. It is part of the Indian culture. Normally, this kind of decoration is done during festivals or celebrations.

Cultural Importance:

Indians use a Toranam made of fresh and green mango leaves. However, leaves of other species like Neem are also used for this purpose. Most of us know that the green leaves absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. This helps in keeping the surrounding atmosphere clean and hygienic. Keeping, the aesthetics in view, mango leaves are preferred, since their shape adds to the ambience. The general reason given for this act is that tying mango and neem leaves would not allow the evil powers to enter the house.

Scientific Reason:

Photosynthesis is a process where in plants take in carbon-di-oxide and give out oxygen. This process helps in circulation of oxygen and in turn keeps the room temperature at an optimum level.The air filled with carbon dioxide, which is lighter than the pure air, gets purified immediately while passing through the Toranam. In addition, insects get attracted to the green leaves. This stops the insects from entering the room.

In the Indian villages, dry mango leaves are used for treating certain ailments. The ash of dry mango leaves is used in the first aid for cuts and fresh wounds. This ash is applied directly on the wound or after mixing it with coconut oil.

Dry mango leaves’ ash has the capacity to check the bleeding. The dry leaves in the Toranam come handy for providing first aid in such cases.

It is also a scientifically established fact that the green colour keeps a person mentally fresh and even the modern day medicine advises the modern day man, who comes under severe stress during his normal working hours, to spend some time amidst greenery to freshen his mind and soul.

 " सूर्य ग्रह " = सूर्य देव को आंक का फुल - चढाने से आपका स्वास्थ्य उत्तम रहेगा

वास्तु

मुख्य द्वार : घर के मुख्य द्वार पर मांगलिक चिन्हों जैसे - ऊँ, स्वास्तिक का प्रयोग करना चाहिए . घर में मुख्य द्वार जैसे अन्य द्वार नहीं बनाने चाहिए तथा मुख्य द्वार को फल, पत्र, लता आदि के चित्रों से अलंकृत करना चाहिए . . मुख्य द्वार पर कभी भी वीभत्स चित्र इत्यादि नहीं लगाने चाहिए . .

 बैठक कक्ष या ड्राइंग रूम : इस कक्ष में फर्नीचर, शो केस तथा अन्य भारी वस्तुएं दक्षिण-पश्चिम या नैऋत्य में रखनी चाहिए . इस कक्ष में यदि कृत्रिम पानी का फव्वारा या अक्वेरियम रखना हो तो उसे उत्तर-पूर्व कोण में रखना चाहिए . . टीवी दक्षिण-पश्चिम या अग्नि कोण में रखा जा सकता है . . बैठक में ही मृत पूर्वजों के चित्र दक्षिण या पश्चिमी दीवार पर लगाना चाहिए . . इस कक्ष की दीवारों का हल्का नीला, आसमानी, पीला, क्रीम या हरे रंग का होना उत्तम होता है . .

 शयन कक्ष : शयन कक्ष में कभी भी देवी-देवताओं या पूर्वजों के चित्र नहीं लगाने चाहिए . . इस कक्ष में पलंग दक्षिणी दीवारों से सटा होना चाहिए . सोते समय सिर दक्षिण या पूर्व दिशा में होना चाहिए . शयन कक्ष में सोते समय पैर दरवाजे की तरफ नहीं होना चाहिए . शयन कक्ष में दर्पण नहीं होना चाहिए, इससे परस्पर कलह होता है . . इस कक्ष की दीवारों का रंग हल्का होना चाहिए . .

 रसोईघर : रसोई गृह में भोजन बनाते समय गृहिणी का मुख पूर्व या उत्तर दिशा की तरफ होना चाहिए . बरतन, मसाले, राशन इत्यादि पश्चिम दिशा में रखने चाहिए . .बिजली के उपकरण दक्षिण-पूर्व में रखने चाहिए . जूठे बरतन तथा चूल्हे की स्लैब अलग होनी चाहिए। रसोईघर में दवाइयां नहीं रखनी चाहिए . . रसोईघर में काले रंग का प्रयोग नहीं करना चाहिए . . यह हरा, पीला,क्रीम या गुलाबी रंग का हो सकता है . .

 पूजाघर : घर में पूजा घर या पूजा का स्थान ईशान कोण में होना चाहिए . पूजा घर में मूर्तियां या फोटो इस तरह से रखनी चाहिए कि वे आमने-सामने न हों . . मूर्तियां बारह अंगुल से अधिक ऊंची नहीं रखना चाहिए . . पूजा गृह शयन कक्ष में नहीं होना चाहिए . यदि शयनकक्ष में पूजा का स्थान बनाना मजबूरी हो तो वहां पर्दे की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए . . पूजा गृह हेतु सफेद, हल्का पीला अथवा हल्का गुलाबी रंग शुभ होता है . .

 स्नानगृह तथा शौचालय : स्नानगृह की आंतरिक व्यवस्था में नल को पूर्व या उत्तर की दीवार पर लगाना चाहिए जिससे स्नान के समय मुख पूर्व या उत्तर दिशा में हो . स्नान घर में वॉश बेसिन ईशान या पूर्व में रखना चाहिए . . गीजर, स्विच बोर्ड आदि अग्नि कोण में होना चाहिए . . बाथटब इस प्रकार हो कि नहाते समय पैर दक्षिण दिशा में न हों . बाथरूम की दिवारों या टाइल्स का रंग हल्का नीला, आसमानी, सफेद या गुलाबी होना चाहिए . . शौचालय में व्यवस्था इस प्रकार हो कि शौच में बैठते समय मुख दक्षिण या पश्चिम में हो . .

Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
• 1½ C buckwheat flour (kuttu atta)
• ½ C sugar
• 1 Tbsp butter melted
• 3 Tbsp yogurt
• ¼ Tsp powdered cardamom
• 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
• 1½ C milk (or as needed)
• ½ C water
• Butter for cooking
• Honey (optional)
Preparation
1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth. If you desire a thinner pancake increase the quantity of milk or vice-versa. Adjust accordingly.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over moderate heat. Brush the pan with butter. For each pancake, ladle 4 Tbsp of batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip the pancake over and cook for another couple of minutes. (as only buckwheat flour is being used so, grease the pan with enough butter to avoid it sticking)
3. Transfer onto a plate and repeat the same for all other pancakes. Keep warm until all the batter is used. If desired serve the pancakes with honey or fresh fruits.

3-4 (depending on the thickness and size of the pancakes)

🔵 Fruits के छिलके कूडादान में ना डालें वल्कि बाहर फेंकें इससे मित्रों से लाभ होगा |

🔴महीने में एक बार किसी भी दिन घर में चीनी के साथ  मिश्री डाल कर खीर जरुर बनाएं व् परिवार सहित एक साथ खाएं अर्थात जब पूरा परिवार घर में इकट्ठा हो उसी समय खीर खाएं तो माँ लक्ष्मी की जल्दी कृपा होती है | व् सभी में प्यार बना रहता है।

🔵महीने में एक बार अपने office/shop में भी कुछ mithai (मीठा)जरुर ले जाएँ उसे अपने साथियों के साथ या अपने नौकरों के साथ मिलकर खाए तो धन लाभ होगा |

🔴 मुख्य द्वार (main entrance)के पास कभी भी  dustbin ना रखें इससे आपके  पड़ोसी ही आपके शत्रु हो जायेंगे |

🔵 वृहस्पतिवार के दिन घर में कोई भी पीली वस्तु अवश्य खाएं हरी वस्तु ना खाएं तथा बुधवार के दिन हरी वस्तु खाएं लेकिन पीली वस्तु बिलकुल ना खाएं इससे सुख समृद्धि बड़ेगी |

🔴रात को झूठे बर्तन ना रखें इसे पानी से धो कर रख सकते है धन हानि रुकेगी ।

🔵नहाने के बाद गीले  तौलिये का प्रयोग ना करें इससे संतान जिद्दी हो जाती है व परिवार से अलग होने लगती है ।रोज़ साफ़ सुथरा और सूखा तौलिया ही प्रयोग करें |

🔴कभी भी  पूरा परिवार एक साथ घर से ना निकलें आगे पीछे जाएँ इससे यश की वृद्धि होगी |

पूजा में कलश स्थापना की वैज्ञानिकता

वैज्ञानिक ज्ञान को प्रतीकों में बांधकर धार्मिक आस्था में ओत प्रोत कर देना हिंदू धर्म की विशेषता है। हिंदू रीति के अनुसार जब भी कोई पूजा होती है तब मंगल कलश की स्थापना अनिवार्य होती है बड़े यज्ञ अनुष्ठान में पुत्रवती सधवा महिलाएं बड़ी संख्या में मंगल कलश लेकर शोभायात्रा में निकलती है उसे समय सृजन एवं मातृत्व दोनों की पूजा एक साथ होती है ।

पूजन के समय प्रायः उच्चारण किया जाने वाला मंत्र स्वयं स्पष्ट है -

कलशस्य मुखे विष्णु कण्ठे रुद्र समाश्रिताः,

मुलेतस्य स्थितो ब्रह्मा मध्ये मात्र गणा स्मृता।

कुक्षोतु सागरा सर्वे सप्त द्विपा वसुंधरा, ऋग्वेदो यजुर्वेदो सामवेदो अथर्वणा: अंगेशच सहिता सर्वे कलशन्तु समाश्रिताः।।

अर्थात सृष्टि के नियामक विष्णु रुद्र और ब्रह्मा त्रिगुणात्मक शक्ति लिए इस ब्रह्मांड रूपी कलश में व्याप्त हैं समस्त समुद्र द्वीप वसुंधरा ब्रह्मांड के संविधान चारों वेद इस कलश में स्थान लिए हैं इसका वैज्ञानिक पक्ष यह है कि जहां इस कटका ब्रह्मांड दर्शन हो जाता है जिससे शरीर रूपी घट से तादात्म्य बनता है वही तांबे के पात्र में जल विद्युत चुंबकीय उर्जावान बनता है । ऊंचा नारियल का फल ब्रह्मांड ऊर्जा (कॉस्मिक एनर्जी ) का संवाहक बनता है जैसे विद्युत ऊर्जा उत्पन्न करने के लिए बैटरी या कोषा होता है वैसे ही मंगल कलश ब्रह्मांडीय उर्जा संकेंद्रित करके उसे बहुगुणित कर आसपास विकिरित करने वाली एकीकृत कोषा है जो वातावरण को दिव्य बनाती है कच्चे सूत्रों का दक्षिणावर्ती वाला ऊर्जा वाले को धीरे-धीरे चारों ओर वर्तुलाकार संचालित करता है संभवत सूत्र अर्थात जो मौली या कलावा बांधा गया है वह विद्युत कुचालक होने के कारण ब्रह्मांड धाराओं का रोकता है ।

इसीलिए मंगल कलश को सर्व प्रथम स्थान प्रदान किया गया है।

 अगर आपकी बहुत मनोकामना है . . और उसकी पूर्ति नहीं हो पा रही है . . तो अपने घर पर " अपराजिता " की बेल लगावे . . प्रतिदिन सुबह अगरबत्ती जलाकर " ॐ महालक्ष्मी वांछितार्थ पूरय पूरय नमः " मन्त्र की एक माला जाप करे . . आपकी मनोकामना पूरी होगी . .

 अगर आपके व्यवसाय को नज़र लग गयी है तो शुक्रवार रात को पानी में सेंधा नमक घोल ले . . शनिवार सुबह उस पानी से व्यवसायिक स्थल पर पोंछा लगावे .

 पिसी हुई मेहँदी में चावल का आटा और मैदा मिलाये . . हरा गुलाल तैयार . .

 एक चम्मच हल्दी को दो लीटर पानी में उबाले . . पीला रंग तैयार . .

 पिसे गेरु में आटा . . मैदा . आरारोट मिला ले . . सूखा रंग तैयार . .

 चुकन्दर को घिस लें और इसे एक लीटर पानी में भिगो दें . . बहुत ही अच्छा गुलाबी रंग तैयार हो जाएगा . . गहरे गुलाबी रंग के लिए इसे रातभर भिगोएँ . .

 टेसू (पलाश) के फूलों को रातभर पानी में भिगो कर बहुत ही सुन्दर नारंगी रंग बनाया जा सकता है . .

 तो खेलिये होली . . . हर्बल रंगों से . . घर में रंग बनाने से जो पैसा बचे . . हमारे बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर कर दे . .

होली है .. तो बातें होली की ही .

यदि कोई व्यक्ति आपका धन लेकर वापस नहीं कर रहा है तो एक अनार की लकड़ी पर उस आदमी का नाम लिखकर उसके ऊपर हरा गुलाल डालकर होलिका में डाल दें और धन वापस पाने की होलिका माता से प्रार्थना करें आपका धन अतिशीघ्र वापस मिल जाएगा . .

पूजा से जुड़ी हुईं अति महत्वपूर्ण बातें

★ एक हाथ से प्रणाम नही करना चाहिए।

★ सोए हुए व्यक्ति का चरण स्पर्श नहीं करना चाहिए। 

★ बड़ों को प्रणाम करते समय उनके दाहिने पैर पर दाहिने हाथ से और उनके बांये पैर को बांये हाथ से छूकर प्रणाम करें। 

★ जप करते समय जीभ या होंठ को नहीं हिलाना चाहिए। इसे उपांशु जप कहते हैं। इसका फल सौगुणा फलदायक होता हैं।

★ जप करते समय दाहिने हाथ को कपड़े या गौमुखी से ढककर रखना चाहिए। 

★ जप के बाद आसन के नीचे की भूमि को स्पर्श कर नेत्रों से लगाना चाहिए।

★ संक्रान्ति, द्वादशी, अमावस्या, पूर्णिमा, रविवार और सन्ध्या के समय तुलसी तोड़ना निषिद्ध हैं।

★ दीपक से दीपक को नही जलाना चाहिए।

★ यज्ञ, श्राद्ध आदि में काले तिल का प्रयोग करना चाहिए, सफेद तिल का नहीं। 

★ शनिवार को पीपल पर जल चढ़ाना चाहिए। पीपल की सात परिक्रमा करनी चाहिए। परिक्रमा करना श्रेष्ठ है, 

★ कूमड़ा-मतीरा-नारियल आदि को स्त्रियां नहीं तोड़े या चाकू आदि से नहीं काटें। यह उत्तम नही माना गया हैं। 

★ भोजन प्रसाद को लाघंना नहीं चाहिए।

★  देव प्रतिमा देखकर अवश्य प्रणाम करें।

★  किसी को भी कोई वस्तु या दान-दक्षिणा दाहिने हाथ से देना चाहिए।

★  एकादशी, अमावस्या, कृृष्ण चतुर्दशी, पूर्णिमा व्रत तथा श्राद्ध के दिन क्षौर-कर्म (दाढ़ी) नहीं बनाना चाहिए ।

★ बिना यज्ञोपवित या शिखा बंधन के जो भी कार्य, कर्म किया जाता है, वह निष्फल हो जाता हैं।

★ शंकर जी को बिल्वपत्र, विष्णु जी को तुलसी, गणेश जी को दूर्वा, लक्ष्मी जी को कमल प्रिय हैं।

★ शंकर जी को शिवरात्रि के सिवाय कुंुकुम नहीं चढ़ती।

★ शिवजी को कुंद, विष्णु जी को धतूरा, देवी जी  को आक तथा मदार और सूर्य भगवानको तगर के फूल नहीं चढ़ावे।

★ अक्षत देवताओं को तीन बार तथा पितरों को एक बार धोकर चढ़ावंे।

★ नये बिल्व पत्र नहीं मिले तो चढ़ाये हुए बिल्व पत्र धोकर फिर चढ़ाए जा सकते हैं।

★ विष्णु भगवान को चावल गणेश जी  को तुलसी, दुर्गा जी और सूर्य नारायण  को बिल्व पत्र नहीं चढ़ावें।

★ पत्र-पुष्प-फल का मुख नीचे करके नहीं चढ़ावें, जैसे उत्पन्न होते हों वैसे ही चढ़ावें।

★ किंतु बिल्वपत्र उलटा करके डंडी तोड़कर शंकर पर चढ़ावें। 

★पान की डंडी का अग्रभाग तोड़कर चढ़ावें।

★ सड़ा हुआ पान या पुष्प नहीं चढ़ावे।

★ गणेश को तुलसी भाद्र शुक्ल चतुर्थी को चढ़ती हैं।

★ पांच रात्रि तक कमल का फूल बासी नहीं होता है।

★ दस रात्रि तक तुलसी पत्र बासी नहीं होते हैं।

★ सभी धार्मिक कार्यो में पत्नी को दाहिने भाग में बिठाकर धार्मिक क्रियाएं सम्पन्न करनी चाहिए।

★ पूजन करनेवाला ललाट पर तिलक लगाकर ही पूजा करें।

★ पूर्वाभिमुख बैठकर अपने बांयी ओर घंटा, धूप तथा दाहिनी ओर शंख, जलपात्र एवं पूजन सामग्री रखें।

★ घी का दीपक अपने बांयी ओर तथा देवता को दाहिने ओर रखें एवं चांवल पर दीपक रखकर प्रज्वलित करें। 

आप सभी को निवेदन है अगर हो सके तो और लोगों को भी आप इन महत्वपूर्ण बातों से अवगत करा सकते हैं

शकुन

• घर से ऑफिस के लिए जैसे ही निकला - सामने से एक महिला पानी से भरी बाल्टी ले के आ रही थी - मन में सोचा - कितना अच्छा शकुन है = आज का दिन बहुत अच्छा रहेगा -= ऑफिस आकर - आज " शकुन शास्त्र " पर ही चर्चा
•  पुरे विश्व में प्राचीन काल से " शकुन - अपशकुन " को माना जाता है = यात्रा के समय इसका विशेष महत्व है
•  " मुहूर्त चिंतामणि " = " मुहूर्त पारिजात " आदि ग्रंथो में इसकी पूर्ण विवेचना है = " रामायण " - " महाभारत " में भी शकुनो के वारे में लिखा है
•  पुराने समय में जब भी कोई दूर यात्रा पर जाता था - तो पहले से ये व्यवस्था  कर ली जाती थी - कि जब भी यात्रा करने वाला व्यक्ति घर निकले - एक सुंदर महिला सामने से पानी से भरा हुआ घड़ा ले कर आवे = इससे यात्रा शुभ फलदायक होती थी
•  " अभिजित मुहूर्त " में सभी दिशाओ की यात्रा शुभ फलदायक होती है
•  जब आप यात्रा के लिए घर से निकले - अगर सामने से - कोई जल से भरा घड़ा , बाल्टी लावे = दूध , दही से भरा कोई भी पात्र लावे = सब्जी से भरा ठेला आवे = सुंदर वस्त्र धारण किये कोई स्त्री या पुरुष दिखाई दे = तो शुभ शकुन होता है
•  यात्रा के समय " शवयात्रा " दिखाई दे - तो अवश्य नमन करे - ये एक अत्यंत शुभ शकुन है
•  यात्रा के समय - प्रेस किये हुए कपड़ो सहित धोबी = बंधा हुआ पशु = पुत्र सहित स्त्री = सफ़ेद फुल - दिखाई देना शुभ शकुन है
•  एक " वेश्या " की भले ही हमारे समाज में इज्जत न हो - लेकिन यात्रा के समय इसका दिखाई देना उत्तम शुभ शकुन है
•  यात्रा के लिए निकलते ही अगर कान में = धार्मिक गीतों की ध्वनि या मंदिर के घंटे की ध्वनि = सुनाई दे - तो ये भी एक शुभ शकुन है 

Malpua

Ingredients

• 500ml Milk
• 3 to 4 tbsp Plain flour
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Water
• 300ml Oil for deep frying
• ½ tsp Cardamom powder
• few Saffron strands

Method

(1) Boil 500 ml of milk in a heavy bottomed vessel on a low flame. Keep stirring for about 20 to 30 minutes till the milk gets thicker and reduces to 3/4th of its quantity.

(2) In the meantime make sugar syrup by boiling sugar, cardamom and water. You can dissolve a few saffron strands in a small quantity of warm milk and add it in the sugar syrup anytime.

(3) Allow the thickened milk to cool. Add 4 tbsp of plain flour and whisk generously to make a lump-free batter.

(4) Take oil in a flat bottomed frying pan and heat it.

(5) Carefully spread a ladle full of batter in oil to make a small pancake. Fry on medium or low flame. Turn it gently and fry on the other side till it is crisp brown from all sides. [If you find the batter separating out, add very little flour to thicken it and try again. Or if the batter is too thick add some milk. Keep trying with little batter till you are sure that the batter doesn’t separate out when you pour.]

(6) Remove the pancake from oil and dip it in sugar syrup (warm) for a minute and then drain it in a colander.

(7) Repeat the procedure for the rest of the batter.

तिथि अनुसार आहार-विहार

तिथि अनुसार आहार-विहार... ( शास्त्रवचन )

प्रतिपदा को कूष्माण्ड(कुम्हड़ा, पेठा) न खाये, क्योंकि यह धन का नाश करने वाला है।

द्वितीया को बृहती (छोटा बैंगन या कटेहरी) खाना निषिद्ध है।

तृतीया को परवल खाना शत्रुओं की वृद्धि करने वाला है।

चतुर्थी को मूली खाने से धन का नाश होता है।

पंचमी को बेल खाने से कलंक लगता है।

षष्ठी को नीम की पत्ती, फल या दातुन मुँह में डालने से नीच योनियों की प्राप्ति होती है।

सप्तमी को ताड़ का फल खाने से रोग बढ़ता है था शरीर का नाश होता है।

अष्टमी को नारियल का फल खाने से बुद्धि का नाश होता है।

नवमी को लौकी खाना गोमांस के समान त्याज्य है।

एकादशी को शिम्बी(सेम), 

द्वादशी को पूतिका(पोई) अथवा 

त्रयोदशी को बैंगन खाने से पुत्र का नाश होता है।

अमावस्या, पूर्णिमा, संक्रान्ति, चतुर्दशी और अष्टमी तिथि, रविवार, श्राद्ध और व्रत के दिन स्त्री-सहवास तथा तिल का तेल खाना और लगाना निषिद्ध है।

(ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराण, ब्रह्म खंडः 27.29-38)

रविवार के दिन मसूर की दाल, अदरक और लाल रंग का साग नहीं खाना चाहिए।

(ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराण, श्रीकृष्ण खंडः 75.90)

सूर्यास्त के बाद कोई भी तिलयुक्त पदार्थ नहीं खाना चाहिए।

(मनु स्मृतिः 4.75)

लक्ष्मी की इच्छा रखने वाले को रात में दही और सत्तू नहीं खाना चाहिए। यह नरक की प्राप्ति कराने वाला है।

(महाभारतः अनु. 104.93)

दूध के साथ नमक, दही, लहसुन, मूली, गुड़, तिल, नींबू, केला, पपीता आदि सभी प्रकार के फल, आइसक्रीम, तुलसी व अदरक का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए। यह विरूद्ध आहार है।

दूध पीने के 2 घंटे पहले व बाद के अंतराल तक भोजन न करें। बुखार में दूध पीना साँप के जहर के समान है।

काटकर देर तक रखे हुए फल तथा कच्चे फल जैसे कि आम, अमरूद, पपीता आदि न खायें। फल भोजन के पहले खायें। रात को फल नहीं खाने चाहिए।

एक बार पकाया हुआ भोजन दुबारा गर्म करके खाने से शरीर में गाँठें बनती हैं, जिससे टयूमर की बीमारी हो सकती है।

अभक्ष्य-भक्षण करने (न खाने योग्य खाने) पर उससे उत्पन्न पाप के विनाश के लिए पाँच दिन तक गोमूत्र, गोमय, दूध, दही तथा घी का आहार करो।

पर्स

= मेष,सिंह, और धनु राशि वाले अपना पर्स लाल या नारंगी रंग का रखे. तो लाभ होगा . .

= वृष,कन्या, और मकर राशि वालों को भूरे रंग का पर्स तथा मटमैले रंग का पर्स बहुत फायदा पंहुचायगा . .

= अगर आपकी कुंडली में " चंद्रमा " लग्न में खराब है तो बुजुर्ग स्त्री की सेवा करनी चाहिए एवं उनसे आशीर्वाद लेना चाहिए.वट वृक्ष की जड़ को जल से सींचन करना चाहिए. . .

= द्वितीय भाव में खराब होने पर 43 दिनों तक कन्याओं को हरे रंग का कपड़ा देना चाहिए. . .

= तृतीय भाव में चन्द्रमा खराब होने पर गेहूं और गुड़ का दान करना चाहिए. .

= चतुर्थ भाव में चन्द्रमा समान्यत: अशुभ नहीं होता है फिर भी चन्द्र की शुभता के लिए चन्द्र की वस्तु जैसे चावल, दूध, दही, मोती, सफेद वस्त्र घर में रखना चाहिए . .

= चन्द्रमा पंचम भाव में खराब होने पर बुध की वस्तुएं जैसे हरे रंग का कपड़ा, पन्ना घर में नहीं रखना चाहिए इससे परेशानी बढ़ती है. . .

= छठे भाव में चन्द्रमा की शुभता के लिए रात्रि के समय दूध का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए.दूध से बने पदार्थ का सेवन किया जा सकता है. . .

= सप्तम भाव में चन्द्रमा होने पर इसकी शुभता के लिए ऐसा कोई कार्य नहीं करना चाहिए जिससे माता को कष्ट हो .

= अष्टम में बड़ों का आशीर्वाद एवं चरणस्पर्श लाभप्रद होता है. .

= नवम में मंगल की वस्तुएं जैसे लाल वस्त्र, मसूर की दाल, शहद का दान करना चाहिए. . .

= दशम भाव में चन्द्रमा खराब होने पर चन्द्र की वस्तु घर में रखना लाभप्रद होता है . . केले के वृक्ष में जल देने से भी लाभ मिलता है. . .

= एकादश में चन्द्र खराब होने पर बुध की वस्तुएं जैसे मूंग की दाल, हरे रंग का कपड़ा व पन्ना घर में नहीं लाना चाहिए. . .

= द्वादश भाव में चन्द्रमा की उपस्थिति से खराब फल प्राप्त होने पर बड़ों का आशीर्वाद ग्रहण करना चाहिए.चांदी के बर्तन में दूध पीने से चन्द्रमा शुभ रहता है. . . .

गर्भ धारण

मंत्रों द्वारा किए गये उपाय सिर्फ़ सात्विक साधु और निर्मल हृदयवालों को ही लाभ देता है ! सामान्य जान के लिए कुछ अटपटे सेउपाय होते हैं जो लाभ तो पूरा करते हैं ! पर उस उपाय को करने मेंतार्किक लोग सकुचते हैं ! मैं हमेशा उपाय के रूप में विशेष मंत्र हीदेता रहा हूँ लोगों को ! पर यह देखने मे आया की कुछ लोग माँसखाते है और शराब पीते हैं ! माँस खाने वालों पर मेरे ये उपाय कामनहीं आए ! माँस और मंत्र दोनों साथ मे नही चल सकता कम से कममैं तो यही मानता हूँ ! तो मैं बात कर रहा था उन अटपटे से उपायोंकी जो वास्तव में कारगर होते हैं यदि पूर्ण समर्पण से किए जायें ! आज मैं गर्भ धारण के उपाय बता रहा हूँ ! इसमे उपाय तो इतने हैंकी बन्ध्या स्त्री के भी पुत्र हो जाए पर ज्योतिषी उपाय ही दे सकता हैसमर्पण और तन्मयता नहीं !

यहाँ मैं कुछ बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण उपाय बता रहा हूँ पर कुछ उपायजानबूझ कर नही बता रहा हूँ क्योंकि वे यहाँ लिखे ही नही जा  सकते !

1. जिस स्त्री को एक बार भी गर्भ धारण नही हो रहा है वे बागवानीकरना शुरू कर दें विशेषकर पीले फूलों या फलों के ! जल्द से जल्दबिना किसी मुहूर्त के !

2.इसके साथ ही उपाय के रूप में एक महीने तक पति और पत्नीदोनों भोजन के उपरांत पीली मिठाई अवश्य खायें बिना गैप के ! पीला फल भी खा सकते हैं ! DIABTICS कोई अन्य पीली चीज़ खासकते है ! अगले महीने से पति और पत्नी कोई एक पीला वस्त्रअवश्य धारण करें पुर एक महीने तक ! तीसरे और अंतिम महीनेपीली वस्तुओं का जी खोल के दान करिए अपनी सामर्थ्य के अनुसारज़रूरतमंद को गाय को पुजारी या ब्राह्मण को !

3.पूर्वफ़ाल्गुनी नक्षत्र में थोड़ा सा आम के पेड़ की जड़ लाकर गायके दूध मे घिसकर स्त्री पिए !

4.तांबे के जंतर में सफेद गूंजा डाल कर गर्भ धारण तक श्रद्धा सेकमर में स्त्री बँधे रहे !

5.पुराना से पुराना गुड़ मिट्टी में दबायें !

6.जन्माष्टमी के दिन से बाल गोपाल की पूजा शुरू करें और संतानगोपाल स्त्रोत का पाठ करें ! पर ध्यान रहे यह उपाय सिर्फ़ शाकाहारीसात्विक लोग ही करें ! बाकी लोग इस मंत्र का उपाय करने से बचें याशाकाहार अपनाने के बाद करें ! संतान से बड़ी कोई पूंजी नही होसकती तो शाकाहार अपनाया जा सकता है !
