मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब किसी सफर पर जाते और वापस आते हुए सामान का सारा बोझ वह अपने दोनों कंधों और सर पर बिना हिचक  किये खुद ही बढ़ कर उठा लेता है - और अक्सर वज़नी चीजों को दूसरी जगह रखते  वक़्त उसका यह कहना कि "तुम छोड़ दो यह मेरा काम है "-

मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मेरी वजह से शर्द मौसम में सवारी गाड़ी का इंतज़ार करने के लिए खुद स्टेशन पे इंतजार  करता है -

मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मुझे ज़रूरत की हर चीज़ घर पर ही मुहैय्या कर देता है ताकि मुझे घर की जिम्मेदारियों के साथ साथ बाहर जाने की दिक़्क़त ना उठानी पड़े और लोगों के नामुनासिब रावैय्यों का सामना ना करना पड़े -

मुझे बहोत अच्छा लगता है जब रात की खनकी में मेरे साथ आसमान पर तारे गिनते हुए वह मुझे ढंड लग जाने के डर से अपना कोट उतार कर मेरे कन्धों पर डाल देता है -

मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मुझे मेरे सारे गम आंसुओं में बहाने के लिए अपना मज़बूत कंधा पेश करता है और हर कदम पर अपने साथ होने का यकीन दिलाता है -

मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह खराब  हालात में मुझे अपनी जिम्मेदारी  मान कर सहारा  देने केलिए मेरे आगे ढाल की तरह खड़ा हो जाता है और कहता है " डरो मत मैं तुम्हे कुछ नहीं होने दूंगा" -

मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मुझे गैर नज़रों से महफूज़ रहने के लिए समझाया  करता है और अपना हक जताते हुए कहता है कि "तुम सिर्फ मेरी हो " -

लेकिन अफसोस हम में से अक्सर लड़कियां इन तमाम खुशगवार अहसास को महज मर्द से बराबरी का मुकाबला करने की वजह से खो देती हैं

जब मर्द यह मान लेता है कि औरत उस से कम नहीं तब वह उसकी मदद के लिए हाथ बढ़ाना छोड़ देता है - तब ऐसे खूबसूरत लम्हात एक एक करके ज़िन्दगी से कम होते चले जाते हैं , और फिर ज़िन्दगी बे रंग और बेमतलब  हो कर अपनी खुशीया खो देती है

दरिद्रता

• दरिद्रता कौन है, और कहाँ रहती है
• कहा जाता है कि, दरिद्रा माँलक्ष्मी की बड़ी बहन का नाम है। इनकी उत्पति समुद्र मन्थन के समय लक्ष्मी जी की उत्पत्ति से पहले हुई थी। इसलिये दरिद्रा को ज्येष्ठा भी कहते हैँ। 
• दरिद्र का विवाह दु:सह ब्राम्हण से हुआ। विवाह के बाद दु:सह मुनि जब अपनी पत्नी के साथ विचरण करते तो जिस जगह भगवान का उदघोष, हवन, वेदपाठ होता, वहाँ-वहाँ से दरिद्रा दोनो कान बंद कर दूर भाग जाती। यह देखकर दु:सह मुनि बहुत दु:खी हो गये। उन दिनो सब जगह धर्मकी चर्चा और पुण्य कृत्य हुआ ही करते थे। अत: दरिद्रा भागते भागते थक गयीँ।
• तब दु:सह मुनि उसे लेकर निर्जन वन मेँ चले गये। तब दरिद्रा डर गयी थी कि मेरे पति मुझे छोडकर किसी अन्य कन्या से विवाह न कर लेँ। इस कारण वह बहुत परेशान रहने लगी।
•  अचानक एक दिन उन दोनो को महर्षि मार्कण्डेय जी के दर्शन हुए, तब उन्होने महर्षि को साष्टांग प्रणाम किया और अपनी ब्यथा सुनाई। 
•  अतः दयालु मार्कण्डेय मुनि ने उन्हे बताया कि, 
• जहाँ रुद्रके भक्त हो और भस्म लगाने वाले लोग हो वहाँ तुम लोग प्रवेश न करना।
• जहाँ नारायण गोविन्द शंकर  महादेव आदि भगवान के नाम का कीर्तन होता हो वहाँ तूम दोनो को नही जाना चाहिये, क्योकि आग उगलता हुआ श्री विष्णु का चक्र उन लोँगो के अशुभ का नाश करता रहता है।
• जिस घर मेँ वेदपुराण, गीता का उदघोष होता हो। जहाँ के लोग नित्य भगवान की पूजा मेँ लगे हुए हो उस घर को दूर से ही त्याग देना।
• तब दु:सह मुनि ने पूछा- महर्षे! हमारे रहने के स्थान कौन कौन से हैँ ?  इसपर महर्षि मार्कण्डेय जीने कहा- 
• जहाँ पति पत्नी परस्पर झगडा करते हो उस घर मेँ तुम दोनो निर्भय होकर घुस जाओ।
• जहाँ भगवान की निन्दा होती हो, पूजा, जप, होम आदि न होते हो वह स्थान तुम दोनो के लिए सर्वथा अनुकूल है ।
• जो लोग बच्चो को न देकर स्वयं खा लेते हो । 
• जिस घर मेँ काँटेवाले, दूधवाले, फलवाले, पलाश, निम्बु, केला, इमली, ताड़, कदम्ब, खैर आदी के पेड़ हो वहाँ तुम दरिद्रता के साथ आराम से रह सकते हो । 
• जो स्नान आदि मंगल कृत्य न करते हो, दाँत मुँह साफ नही करते हो, गंदे कपडे पहनते हो, संध्याकाल मेँ सोते या खाते हो, दूसरे की स्त्री से सम्बन्ध बनाते हो, हाथ-पैर न धोते हो,  उन घरो से तुम्हे कोई नही निकाल सकता है।

Things every Hindu should do on Tuesday

Every day in Hindu religion has certain importance. However, Tuesday is considered to be very auspicious for a number of reasons. This day is dedicated to Hindu Gods - Ganesha, Durga, Kali and Hanuman.

 

Devotees on this day visit Devi and Hanuman shrines. Those people who fast avoid taking food containing salt at night. Tuesday or Mangalwar takes its name from the God Mangal or Mars who rules the day and is considered to be a trouble maker, and the fast is to ward off the harmful effects.Red is the preferred color of Tuesday. Therefore, people wearing red color clothes will have a good day and luck will follow them.People generally keep fast on Tuesdays to please Gods like Hanuman, Kartikeya, Durga or Kali for many reasons. However, couples who wish to have a son should definitely observe a fast on this day. It is believed that fasting today alleviates the harmful effects associated with the planet mangal or mars.

 

Those who undertake the fast on Tuesdays only take a single meal. It is a whole day fast. The single meal on the day is usually any food made of wheat and jaggery. Most people observe the fast for 21 Tuesdays without a break. People should also offer red flowers to Lord Hanuman today. This helps them to overcome difficulties in life especially those that arise from the activities of Mangal graha. Some Hindus only eat vegetarian food on Tuesdays. This is because they fast on this day and visit temples.
